PRIVACY POLICY

Who we are

This website belongs to Rekha Rachit Architects, 277/4, Shastri Nagar, Near C L Memorial Hospital, Kanpur - 208005, Uttar Pradesh. For anything about your information, write to rekharachitarchitects@gmail.com or call +91 9454709309.

What we collect

• When you contact us, send a project brief or book a consultation: your name and mobile number, your email address if you choose to give it, and what you tell us about your project (location, plot, requirements, budget, timeline, and any files you attach).
• When you use live chat: your name, mobile number, optional email and the messages you exchange with our team or the chat assistant.
• When you save or send a result from a planning tool: the values you entered and the result, with your contact details only if you choose to share them.
• How the site is used: simple usage events, such as which page or button was used, stored on our own server so we can improve the site. The site is free of advertising trackers and third-party analytics.
• The map of our office: the home and contact pages show a map provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that.

Stored in your own browser

To save you typing the same things twice, the site keeps some details in your browser's local storage: your planning-tool values and project profile, your chat session, and the name and mobile number you entered. They stay on your device. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

How we use it

Only to answer you, to prepare for and carry out your project, and to improve this website. Your information stays with us: it is kept away from sale and from advertising. Our team members who handle enquiries can see it; access is limited by role and every change is recorded.

Our social media pages

Our team can publish the firm's own posts to our Facebook Page, Instagram account and YouTube channel from this website. That connection uses the firm's own accounts only; visitors to this website and to those pages stay entirely outside it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Write to rekharachitarchitects@gmail.com or call +91 9454709309 with your name and the mobile number you used, and tell us what you would like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page. Questions are always welcome: see Contact.
